Glam It Up 2018 supporting The Prince Charles Hospital ICU
Most of you know that my darling husband and best friend Joe died suddenly in July. Joe was kind, whip smart and FUN! He had the biggest heart and supported me on every crazy idea, charity event and dream I had. Without question, he happily came along to every GLAM dinner, even if it meant he was the only guy in the room.
With much encouragement from my gorgeous friends, long time GLAM supporters and a “you can’t not do GLAM this year Mum” from my daughter Mia, I have decided to go ahead with the 12th GLAM dinner and this year I would like to support the organisation that fought so hard to save Joe’s life, The Prince Charles Hospital ICU.
Please join us on the evening of Friday 26th October at Darling & Co in Paddington.
Glam’s Glittering History So Far
The History of Glam
Glam It Up For Charity started back in 2007 alongside my beautiful friend Michelle Whipps. We put the word out to our friends, and cold-called the owner of the Onyx Bar and Restaurant in Milton, Neil Shannon, asking him to do us a cracking deal for a good cause. Happily he said YES! I have been great mates with Neil ever since.
Last Year's GLAM
The 2017 GLAM dinner was held at Darling & Co. at Paddington. 205 people joined us for an amazing night.
